    Why would they acquire ORD? ABM are earning into the project (Acquiring up to 70%) should they elect to spend the required amount.

    Fantastic bolt on to current ABM projects and when coupled with recent TAM transaction, clearly demonstrates who has become the most active and maintains a real vision for the district.
