Seals - It seems to me that generally explorers and mine developers are "struggling to raise cash in this market". It's a reality and for SER to build speculative appeal they need to drill and if the $300k helps advance that, then I'm pleased. It looks like opportunist timing by EVN. SER are in a tight spot but I'm banking on them being able to stick to there latest plan and drill Achilles 1 in Dec/Jan and Isa North in Mar/Apr.
