The BOD took up their entitlements in the loyalty options & they recommended all shareholders should take part.

They must have done it for a reason. Why would you encourage every shareholder to throw money at this & then do nothing for months on end? I don't believe this is a lifestyle company. It's an explorer, it's what they do, they flip & flop & chase the next hot commodity until they've got something.
