Let's recap. There are at least 2 x options that have expired, or have been let lapse, unexercised. However the significant detail omitted from the announcement is the expiry dates of those same options. Therefore the market has not always known the situation. In the vein of continuous disclosure the expiration should have been advised some time ago. Yes? Please refer the announcement made 31/10/2018 in which the Mt Pleasant option had an expiry of 6 months. That would take it to only 30/04/2019. That date came and went with no subsequent announcement. Anything occurring beyond that date comes into question.
