    I think you have misunderstood this
    Maybe if RIO discover the necessary iron ore and if the grades are suitable and if the prices remain where they are so it is viable to mine and 8if we get it done in under 12years we will receive the full value
    Until such time it may accumulate upwards depending how many boxes we tick
