- The shortfall of the unexercised Listed Options was 140,025,000. It is anticipated that these shortfall shares will be placed with sophisticated and professional investors by the underwriter by Tuesday 10 September 2019.
Did Morgans paid 140,025,000 x 0.03 = $4,200,750 to STM? They are underwriters eh? So where is the pump? ... financiers always pump it up to exit. Something is not right. Sorry newbie on this stock.
