I am also happy with the consolidation - and I am down way more than pyours. Consolidaton and CR are positive indicators that the finance side may be very close. The timing and support indicates this. I suggest that many stop blaming management re timing. Experienced negotiators understand that these deals take a lot of time with many moving parts. If this isn't your bag - then best to not invest as this is the playing field in corporate reality.

There is likely to be confidentiality agreements etc... that limit what PSC may be able to say. As well as negotiation strategy.
