Can someone clarify to myself and others what this means?
I have an idea but not very comprehensive.
What does it mean that the shares can be excerised at 1.7x the weighted 5 day average?
Does this mean at ~24c, the options can be converted into fully paid ordinary shares? What is the cost of aquiring and converting these options? Why are some saying it should be more than 1.7x ?
