Steady Opel, you're starting to act like a pit bull! A little hyperbole on my part perhaps, but also a small element of reality.
Just because you don't know anyone who converted has plans to sell at these "stupid" prices, doesn't mean that others you don't know won't.
Hopefully the company gives all holders, including option converters, good reason to hold onto their shares.
