The Chinese offer can't be superior than EMR's market cap otherwise they would have taken over EMR as a whole?
If indeed EMR trades RNS (+20% of EMR) for Boozie... what does this means?
Are the Chinese shareholders in Boozie linked to the Chinese investors interested in RNS? How come they didn't develop Boozie if they are backed by billions of dollars?
That press release was no coincidence, are we preparing a trading halt?
