The rumours are true. The Chinese have been to emr with an offer. They are not connected with HK Xinhe.

Yes we would be mad to sell now. However everything has a price.
As I posted earlier, getting money now - gazillions of it, has it's attractions.
Several commentators rate EMR as high risk. Even Sprott, because we operate in the jurisdiction of Cambodia.
Cambodia and China are entered into the Belt and Road agreement.
China is building a secret port and naval base at Ream. (not a secret any more, obviously)
They are getting more and more involved in the country.
Getting their hands on a really well operated gold mine in return for their assistance to Cambodia will have definately crossed their mind.
All their offers have the financial backing of the CCP.
Would a move to having only Australian operations give the stability and security that big investment houses look for. ?
So where to from now ? Wait and see obviously. Being wanted is very desirable.
