My understanding (from a layman) was that material information has to be disclosed to the market. RTR is currently a 100M MC company, I'd expect exploration results on their only gold project where the majority of the value arguably would be material. Either its not material or results are deliberately being withheld at the lab and not passed on to the company to adhere to the continual disclosure rules.
