Ditto - me too.
The CEO needs to understand that holders are his company's best advocates. Even in the face of financial pressures, if communications are ignored, or not even answered by a PA and if a time comes when holders are needed to stand up in staunch support, they will think back to the time when the CEO either ignored their communications, or gave them the time of day.
One other important point - a small holder is not necessarily less important than a large holder - who knows what connections a person has, either by way of industry referral, investor networks, or other important connections? A good CEO should never take his/her holders for granted...
...and when the company has a tiny Market Cap, even moreso.
