Another unwanted and unjustified intrusion into the N.S.W. lengthy legal system of mining approval by a group of unmitigated time wasters preening themselves for perhaps a royal crown that will give them a seat at the table of HRH Bob Brown. Then, may I say it, a possible seat in the Senate so to keep an eye on any enterprise that transgresses the N.S.W. environmental safeguards.

Guilty till proven guilty.

More paper would have been wasted thus more trees destroyed in the last three months than any detrimental effects a Majors Creek mine would have caused.

A corrupt, unwielding appeal system so clogged with dreamers and good intentions it has all but smothered mining enterprise (outside of coal) in N.S.W.

Nothing won, nothing lost, just a $200,000 legal bill for CRC sh to wear. We will all pick up the tab in the coming CR.
