@yennr It's an option (a right but not an obligation) to buy MDR at 20 cents a share with expiry 30th December 2015. Given they are trading at 5.2cents a share, they are termed "out of the money" and held by those who expect/expected the price to hit 20cents+ by December 30th, 2015.
