Although I think if we go ahead pre-30 April then we "over-ride" any hostile bid .. that is how I read it, (dot point 2 of section 2 on page 2). I think the removal of the standstill is all around CX ensuring we don't drag this on any further than necessary - which makes commercial sense from their perspective (as they have to wind up the fund by a fixed date I uderstand).
