EBIT milestones of $4M and $7M is very low target lol not even NPAT. They'll probably get there if they cut their own salaries a bit. On the bright side, at least exercise price is set reasonably. I think share based compensation is OK overall.. It sets alignment with the business.A lot of ceo and managements remuneration in the last year came from short term bonuses and share based payments.
