i think there are two rounds of options, the one you mention was a CR to instituition and pro investors, so they got a one for one, in the CR, again at a discount to us.
believe this is to other shareholders...
but if any one is clearer?? also have to make you mind up by tomorrow? 18th as nom date, not much tiem to think,
it is a free option for those that want to put their name down.. .it is another form of fund raising- we will near more money in the bank by this time next year, hopefully SP will be well up and all will convert.
its also a way to reward shareholder in coming sucess, and also to see if shareholder are comitted in a year, there isn't much money in the back.
I only have options at teh moment so not sure i qualify? anyone know if one has to be a ordinary share holder first?
