(c) M&A Transaction Fee
If during the Term, the Company or any of its related bodies corporate is
the subject of an offer or a party to an M&A transaction
(M&A Transaction), Euroz Hartleys will act as a corporate advisor in
respect of that M&A Transaction, and the Company agrees to pay
Euroz Hartleys a cash M&A Transaction fee equal to 3.25% of the value
of the M&A Transaction, unless the M&A Transaction value is in excess of
$100 million where Euroz Hartleys will reduce the fee in respect to the
portion exceeding $100 million to 2.75%.

Here is the cost agreement we have to deal with if Woodside or someone else has a go at taking us over.
When our company only has $6.5M in the bank ($5M from the capital raise and $1.5M from Woodside) with the running costs of the company to be accounted for also ....
I'm not totally comfortable ... if the takeover is not completed then we have to pay.
