Completely agree, no issues with transport here. There is a sealed road about 10km from the 4891 tenement and a rail line extremely close as well.
I started to look into
PR 4981 today and found some pretty interesting stuff.
Firstly look at our location.......

Secondly if you head west from our tenement you see tenement
4881, this was previously controlled by African Metals which was headed by Klaus and Nigel. The resource for this tenement named "Lushia South" was;

This area is a hot bed for a reason, I could post 4-5 other mines working in a close radius but I don't think it is necessary after the above.

The only issue I have with the announcement the other day was calling the tenement PR (research) 4981, from my understanding and research it should be PE 4981 (indicating an exploitation permit)
