Ann: Option Secured To Acquire Nickel Sulphide Project From Vale, page-13

From my understanding, we are swapping a project that is untested as yet (because we don’t know exactly what’s down there) for one that has been tested and supposedly is a company maker for a small cap like us. It doesn’t meet Vale’s minimum requirements to focus on it but does meet ours.
I don’t know if it is a good deal or not and there would be others more qualified to provide an opinion but what I would have liked to see is royalties (and wasn’t there as far as I could see) paid to us for Salobo like Vale are asking for from Jaguar.
