i never print ann.. i have printed both of these... i am confused & mystified as to why we pay Terrativa AUD3.5 mill over 2.5 years through issue of more shares in CTM... for what??? aren't they supposed to be on our side...wait there's more.. we also pay them AUD500k every 6 months.. again..
for what?? plus if CTM mc exceeds AUD50 mil for 90 days & if mc exceeds AUD100 mil for 90 they get more $$$..
re Jaguar Nickel / Salabo West CTM have to pay USD250,000 to transfer to Vale plus 2 consideration payments of USD6.75 mil plus royalty to Vale of .75 %... Plus Vales obligation to Brazil's National Bank for Economic & Social Development for 1.8 % net Operating Revenue Royalty..
Bloody Hell... anyone else queuing up a handout.....
i wonder who is going to give CTM money to pay for all this... don't worry about us shareholders....
