a bit odd to me, are these preformance based and free? or exercisable .... not that ive read this yet.
not like they need more money...as said many many times heap in bank for roll out so no cash need via exercise,
if director of this company or any others, if they believe in the compnay buy shares.
they already get paid heaps to do a job, so why get further benifits.
