I would like to add that in the last 12 days WIN's SP has risen on above average volume 60% and SIR's has risen again on increasing volume 21.5% .What do they have in common ? both are drilling at Buningonia a short distance from PML's new block.Given that both are currently drilling in the area then I reckon PML's acquisition is both fortuitous and astute....they must have been working on this deal for some weeks ...long before the recent price movements in WIN and SIR.
