Wind down the exploration (which they don't seem to much good at anyway) and focus on getting the Grovenor gold plant operating asap to provide some cash flow - THEN get stuck into exploration.
At the "end" of each boom many/most small companies fold because they don't have cash flow or the ability to keep raising capital.
Don't let this happen to RNI
I reckon management is on the right track.
