Only light volume. Are the sellers drying up? Maybe new buyers will have to start chasing?

It's a large land holdng that the company holds and it takes $$$ to explore
The price looks right. $75k + $25k paper, 2% royalty
Conversion to ML under way. 100% ownership
Historic grade looks high, especially the shallow stuff. How much is left is the $100k question.
