Sellers look to me like Tranche 1 participants selling to recoup funds to take up tranche 2 while keeping the free options for the ride. This is providing the opportunity for new investors to get on board for what will be rock bottom prices imo prior to the second tranche being paid up an the expected constant newsflow.
