Very similar to WC8.
GAM got ~20% in WC8 in shares. No downside if there is no significant discovery and huge upside. GAM also receives small royalty on their terms also. They made off with $150M in profit in a few months after recent sale to MIN. From a company not worth much at the time. They would be ecstatic with the result.
ASX vehicles also a way of increasing value of a company quickly and can be used to raise funds for growth, drilling etc.
