IND only listed on ASX in July 2021. No consolidation. I have been in IND since IPO.
The IND you are referring to was a previous ASX company - Indus Enegy - that went belly up. Hate that they recycle the codes from dead companies.
My read is they raised $5M on IPO and still have money in the bank. There are 8M options on issue in the money at 30/40c so that should seem them funded.
Agree with all comments above - re-assay/drill before any fund raise is the likely ourtome.
