This is what patient holders have been waiting for. I'm absolutely stoked with the outcome.

The project will put us among peers of ASX: PMT ($358m market cap) and ASX:WR1 ($338m market cap).

While the consideration of 6m shares may not seem a lot at today's price it actually is a big % of the company and so vendors could do very handsomely out of it. Imo this was as much about RBX finding a good project as it was the vendor finding an appropriate company and capital structure (i.e low shares on issue). Anyway, pretty happy here
