Who or what is PMR LLC - is it profitable, does it have cash...

    Who or what is PMR LLC - is it profitable, does it have cash flow? Is it worth A$ 15m
    Who are the vendors- Greenfuels Energy LLC? Who is Strata Trust Company?

    Chris states the NMT have a long term relationship with members of the PMR team. What is this relationship? Which members does he have the long term relationship with? Who owns the above vendors? Has there been any past commercial relationships with any of the owners of the vending businesses ?
    I have searched all these entities and pretty much cant find a thing on any of them of any relevance.
    I am deeply suspicious of this transaction until some transparency is provided by NMT. Those of you who are shareholders should be asking a lot of questions before your balance sheet is transferred offshore
