Options shouldn't be included until they've been converted. In many cases they expire or if viable are converted.
If for instance all of ENVO are converted to shares (236,000,000 x 1.2c = $2.832mil ) then it's likely that the company won't need a capital raise.
The performance of the stock matters, if it doesn't perform and strike price isn't hit holders won't convert.
