Oh interesting, well sounds helpful to Creso in the short term and especially good in 2 years. And good to see us plebeian retail investors being able to make an extra buck to offset future share dilution. Another question, before this 44 million dollar option is realised, can creso use this as equity to borrow off of? Say if they needed 10-20 million of that before 2 years time, would a bank give them that based on the 44 million option. Sorry I am finance newb, if anyone else wants to weigh in that would be cool too. Very interested in reading prospectus when in comes in the post
