the stock is already dual listed - trading in Frankfurt under the code 1X8. Funny the CPH announcement doesn't even get that one right.
And CPH say they are rewarding loyal shareholders with the rights issue yet in some ways it is far more attractive to anyone who doesn't currently own stock but buys in before the record date. hmmm
