2nd tranche will be issued post approval at meeting on 17 apr. The valuation of ALA compared to other tech stocks is cheap imo. Not far from cash backing at 18c.
ESN another ASX app company with virtually no cash and revenue valued almost the same on a fully diluted basis. Im adding to my position in ALA.
