HAV Directors have 20 million shares they can place in the market (say to MMG, as they did last time at A$1.25 per share). The 20 million shares were approved at the last AGM.
I would be happy to see these 20 million shares placed at A$1.25 per share or higher. Would solve part of the funding problem. The rest could be sorted with project financing etc.
That is the nature of options: sometimes they are worth something, sometimes not.
Will write you a longer post on the weekend, when I have more time, on why I do not share your enthusiasm for a change at the top table!!
