Hmm.. oppies are not part of the share count, until they are exercised...they OPTIONS for a reason...it's optional. The additional share is not created, until and if, and only if the option is exercised.
Also, they depress the share price in exact same way as a cap raise. 5.2c is a helluva incentive to keep selling, and pocket multiple bags, no?
