My limited understanding is, this is a pretty good result. Definitely eliminates the need for a cap raise, by bringing forward all the options money we are due to receive of $4million.
thats a win.?? anyone a little more savvy in this confirm? i havent seen one of these before.
we lose 8-10% in fees for doing it, similar to a cap raise fee, but we arent diluting as wed expect these to have all been exercised and are built into market cap calcs now anyway.?
