Has anyone had a good look at todays announcement

Options Exercise and Issue of Options

There would appear to be more options issued - 8,350,000 at 50 cents. This is the same number and price and exercise date as the options issue to have been passed at the meeting 28th July.

The resolutions to issue were withdrawn by the Board. So what is happening here?

I am not saying that the Board, employees and consultants are not deserving however I do wonder about the process.
