res 3-8 were withdrawn at gen meeting on 28/7.. so no options to empees and consultants (res 3) and none to directors (res 4-8).notice of fri 8/8 notes 4,494,000 10/08 options exercised at 27.7c ($1,244,838) and 1ml 31/10/09 unlisted options exercised at 32.7c ($327,000).... this appears to be all kosher but the 8,350,000 options at 50c on 30/6/2010 appears to be the withdrawn res. 3 for empees and consultants... maybe someone forgot to tell the author of this posted notice what happened at the meeting...we ( I mean "we") shareholders of CFE on H/C better let them know asap... contact Tim Turner on 93809555 or WWW.capelam.com.au My research comes from Notice of Gen Meeting,being there and checking of the appx 3 notice against the proposed no. of shares being offered to emplees and contractors, plus, some of my options were in the 4.494ml exercised last week ( THEY WERE NOT ALL MINE)... good luck to all S/H, maybe we will get something worth while out of CFE once the dust settle... regards to all......MUFF
