if it's dodgy then shouldn't the asx question them? should the asx be alerted as they probably have not noticed the discrepancy? I doubt that it is an over site by the company personally I believe they had no intention of letting them go and expect shareholders to either not notice or not be bothered questioning and the asx to not notice.
