Pfizer have FDA Vouchers , which allows them to go straight to the front of the queue , they have Lawyers and Packaging experts and Global Manufacturing base and warehousing and distribution valued in the Billions already set up delivering drugs to Hospitals and Govt Health purchasers and are an approved supplier to every Health Insurance Company on the planet..

Orphan Drug Status is a 90 day processing period, once that is gained MPL can be comercialised , ie charge for Medication so no Barrier to market for Pfizer..

NOW do you believe Pfizer are going to want a 3rd player in the MND space? with a Treatment that is far superior to one that they are revenuing $$1.2B from? sometimes its about protecting a market and current income ,, PAA for $250 (75c a share) to $500m ($1.50 per share) and remember when Big Big Pharma purchase they usually exchange stock so PAA SH would be paid in Pfizer stock,, for those that want to stay on and still garnish returns from MPL can others who want a lump of doe convert their Pfizer shares into Dollars...
