Hi NPC, trust all well over your side of the pond. will be brief as about to watch Escape to the Country - love it - all the ancient barns turned into homes - ops mind you head on the beams old son !! Anyway to your question. All just a little unusual but somewhat clever I suggest.

Basically nothing to do at the moment so breath easy. Proposal is - if you held the old 1 cent (so called reward) options when they expire/d (dead, finito kapuuts) then assuming the appropriate resolution at the AGM is approved by shareholders, you will automatically be entitled and offered the same number of new half cent options that run out to 2026 and have a conversion price sat at 15 cents instead of the previous 20 cents. Not sure how that works outside Australia but guess if you already have options that will not be an issue. there has been some chatter as to whether these will be able to be traded but I cannot imagine why not other than it appears it may for some reason be up to 3 months before they are issued I can only assume this is from the expiry date of the reward ones rather than after the AGM (otherwise dont ask me why).

Except for the point the previous CR participants received their options at no cost these new options will basically run parallel. hope that all makes sense.
