yes it is strange the Reward and Recognition oppies actually expire and then require SH approval ??
My pick is 40m will be taken up by holders @ half a cent extra and Blue Ocean will pick up 30m
so face value is 16.5c
the play for me is to buy more heads afyer the CR and sell them all @16
