Please remember that starting to label truthful and accurate information relating to the company as negative, simply because it is not up-ramping, is really unhelpful to the shareholders. This was information about a main investor which is on point and may be useful. I specifically wrote twice that the case was dismissed. Not much information was provided by EN1 regarding Alto, so I simply searched the investor on the internet.
If the fundamentals are strong, then a post about one of the main investors shouldn't effect the market cap and in fact should improve the market cap as people will see that the company has been assessed comprehensively, as opposed to a forum full of positive posts.
