Yes, this is the main risk imo (though 4! is pretty pessimistic). There's also the possibility that the Dominican Republic goverment will take a long time to pay any award. I understand hat the plan would be to take a loan to cover the period until the DRG pays up. In that case, interest payments would reduce the share value a bit. We need some good drilling/exploration results or the gold price to continue rising, neither of which we can reliably count on, and we live in hope (not good investment advice!).
