I feel like this entire option offering is an attempt for the directors to grant themselves a massive number of options at a very low price.
All shareholders please look at Section 1.4 and 1.5 of the prospective and consider whether you think it's fair that the Directors are allowed to do this. For me it's a massive no vote at the AGM.
