No, I do not like it one bit.
I'm a shareholder but not eligible to purchase the options because I didn't own options.
How is it fair that the directors can scoop up all of the remaining options when the share price has performed so poorly?
Why should they have special privileges over other shareholders?
If any options are not taken up, they should either not exist, or be made available for all shareholders to purchase.
