The options are being restructured so everyone is getting set which makes me think that they are close to doing a deal but I am not entirely sure how I feel about a lithium deal in Uganda.

Uganda appears to be a reasonably stable jurisdiction and not as well known as a mining destination as some of the other African nations so if this has genuine Tier 1 asset potential then it may make sense. It also appears that they would have to incorporate an entity in country to comply with the 2022 Mining and Minerals Act (potentially just acquiring the company that currently holds the license).

I am balls deep here and with a mil in cash and a mil EV I am backing the team to do a half decent deal and get the SP moving.
