The real bargain will be when they dump the small production business plan they are currently pushing. Is 75 ktpa really better than 200-400 ktpa provided the resource supports higher numbers? Given that there is currently no pure SOP production leverage on world markets and with the price remaining stable a single listed resource company with strong potential to enter production must be a better than average shot of obtaining a competitive finance package.
